| 崗位描述： | MISSION Optimize warehouse & inventory management continuously to support sales and production MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES 1.Lead and supervise and motivate warehouse staff to perform their work correctly. 2.Be responsible for inventory accuracy to support business objectives. 3.Be responsible for warehouse layout and location design, properly setup the materials flow, execute FIFO, to make a robust warehouse. 4. Physical stock taking on a routinely basis (week/month/quarter/annual) based upon the setting rules, and propose actions on slow moving and obsolete materials on a monthly basis, and execute actions decided by the management in a timely manner without discrepancy. 5. Properly taking care of the goods receiving and shipping to the company rules and regulations. 6. Be responsible for warehouse security and safety. 7. Other tasks and assignments as required by manager. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse area in an industrial business environment, 2 years and above in a supervisor’s level, experience in western company is preferred. - Rich hands-on experience on warehouse related ERP system, SAP preferred. - Good communication skills. EDUCATION / SKILLSET REQUIRED - College or above - Sound English both in speaking and writing - Good PC skills PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS - Discipline - Interpersonal, - Teamwork, - Initiative, - Strong execution |
